Differences in Cryopreserved Amniotic Membrane Delivery Methods

Cryopreserved amniotic membrane can be used for different clinical indications. Depending on the depth of the lesion and the need for single or multiple layers, cryopreserved amniotic membrane can be used as in surgically attached layers (AmnioGraft®, Bio-Tissue, Miami, FL www.biotissue.com) or as in a temporary delivery device (ProKera®, Bio-Tissue, Miami, FL www.biotissue.com).
